Mumbai Festival - Sunday January 20, 2008

Invited by the Mumbai Festival curated by New York based Pooja Ranavat, at the convocation hall of Mumbai University.
My paintings were exhibited with International names such as Akbar Padamsee, M.F Husain and Suhas Roy, Jehangir Sabavala to Sudhir Patwardhan, Gieve Patel & Shibu Natesan. Along with Bendre, Bawa and Bhagwan D Rampure.

While I have lived in Canada for many years, my Indian roots have remained as strong as ever, and I have committed my work to ensure there is awareness of the culture of the subcontinent in Canada. To this end, in addition to my personal art, I served as a Director and curator at CMOHC. Curated the first of its kind in North America, exhibt of "the indus valley civilization''.
